An opportunity has presented itself to provide administrative support to our North Shore Centres. We are looking for a savvy, organised and fun Administrator to support us 30 hours a week. You will work alongside dedicated professionals providing the very best care for our children.

What we are looking for:

• Administration experience (Childcare Centre experience preferred but not necessary)
• Confident computer skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with all our tamariki, whanau and staff.
• Great organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-centric approach.
• Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork
• General admin support to the Centre Manager.
• Ensuring that every child’s attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
• Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
• Banking/invoicing may be included.
• Following process and maintaining the filing system.
