Looking for an administration role where you can make a real difference? Join our team and help support three wonderful early childhood centres: Active Explorers Blockhouse Bay (16 hours), Lollipops Mount Albert (16 hours), and Active Explorers Helensville (8 hours).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, customer-focused administrator to support our Centre Managers, teachers, tamariki, and whānau across three unique centres. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our centres run smoothly and remain compliant within the regulated ECE sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing enrolments and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to Centre Managers
- Recording children's attendance, absences, and sign-in/sign-out information
- Entering staff hours into payroll systems
- Maintaining filing systems and centre documentation
- Banking and invoicing tasks

About You
You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities. Previous administration experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams will set you up for success.
