Are you an organised, friendly, and reliable person who loves supporting others and being part of a team that makes a difference every day? We’re looking for a Centre Administrator to join our wonderful Early Childhood Education (ECE) team.

In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our centre — supporting teachers, tamariki, and whānau with day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to the warm, community-focused environment our centre is known for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting families and visitors with a smile - be the welcoming image of our centre

• Managing enrolments, attendance, and records

• Supporting staff with general administration and communication

• Coordinating supplies, invoices, and correspondence

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and organisational skills 

• Time management skills

• Computer confidence (experience with ECE systems an advantage)

• A positive, can-do attitude and a love for working around children

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours: 20 hours per week, spread across 5 days (Monday–Friday).
