We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team - working 20 hours over 5 days, Monday – Friday supporting our Little Earth Montessori Centres in Panmure and Remuera - you will join a passionate team of educators, making a difference in the lives of tamariki every day!

ECE in Aotearoa is a regulated industry and compliance is paramount - as an Administrator with Evolve you help to keep everything in order and ensure our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams are well supported to do what they do best - ensuring incredible learning outcomes for Tamariki.

We prioritise the well-being of children, whānau, and our teaching and support staff by offering outstanding facilities, quality educational programs, and a supportive atmosphere.

Typical areas of focus for your day-to-day would include:

• Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork
• General admin support to the Centre Manager.
• Ensuring that every child’s attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
• Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
• Following processes and maintaining the filing system.
• Banking/invoicing may be included.

What we’re looking for in you:

• You have demonstrated Admin experience and great computer skills.
• You’re reliable, organised, and have great attention to detail and accuracy.
• You can commit to the hours on offer each day & you are legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
• You have reliable transport to allow you to support two locations in Panmure & Remuera.
• You thrive in a team environment and have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
