Are you passionate about nurturing infants and toddlers during the most important years of their development? We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Kaiako to join our dedicated Under 2s team at Active Explorers Blenheim.

At Active Explorers Blenheim, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Our Under 2s space is a calm, nurturing environment where pēpi and toddlers are supported to explore, grow, and develop at their own pace. Through responsive care, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of belonging, we create a place where tamariki, whānau, and Kaiako thrive together.

You'll work alongside a supportive and experienced team who are passionate about providing high-quality care and learning experiences for our youngest learners. Every day brings opportunities to celebrate milestones, support discovery, and build trusting relationships that help children feel safe, secure, and confident.

Our tamariki love spending time outdoors. We have a large outdoor area and a growing garden where children dig, plant, explore, and connect with Papatūānuku through hands-on play. If you enjoy getting outside, following children’s interests, and bringing energy and warmth into your day, you’ll feel right at home here.

If you are passionate about infant and toddler education, bring a positive attitude, are committed to creating nurturing and responsive learning environments, and are willing to learn and use Te Reo Māori in everyday moments, we would love to hear from you.
