What We're Looking For

• A certificated, New Zealand-trained Early Childhood Teacher
• A strong understanding of Te Whāriki and child-led learning
• A genuine passion for working with infants and toddlers
• Knowledge of responsive caregiving practices and early childhood development
• A warm, nurturing approach that supports children to feel safe, secure, and confident
• The ability to build strong partnerships with whānau and work collaboratively within a team
• A commitment to creating meaningful learning opportunities through play, exploration, and connection
