Due to one of our team taking the next exciting step in their career, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Support Office in Auckland. This is your chance to make a real difference to your career and the early learners of Aotearoa.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, best practice recruitment, and has exceptional time management skills. In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with our Centre Managers, and leadership team.
• Provide recruitment support and advice to our centres across the motu.
• Manage your own portfolio.

About You

• You’re a strong communicator who loves building relationships and working at speed.
• You’re detail-oriented with great accuracy and problem-solving skills
• You’re tech-savvy – especially in Excel and MS365 and reporting.
• You may also come from an ECE, Education or Healthcare background (this is not essential)
• Most importantly, you have a people-first mindset to support our team, tamariki and their whānau.
