Pascals St Johns is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Kaiako (infants' room) to join our team.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate Certified Kaiako (infants' room) to join our amazing team. We are expecting you to have a great understanding of RIE and Reggio approach and be able to guide children's development through hands-on activities and individualized learning. The role is a permanent position with 40 working hours per week.

What We're Looking For:

• NZ full Registered Teacher
• Ideally at least 3-5 years of teaching experience in ECE.
• Leadership skills ideally.
• Experienced with RIE and Reggio Emilia approach.
• Great understanding of Te Whāriki: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Te Whāriki, the early childhood curriculum framework for Aotearoa New Zealand.
• Strong understanding of assessment and planning as a team leader.
• Passion for guiding children through their learning journey up to primary school.
• Ability to engage with the team and parents.
