We’re on the look-out for an inspiring Team Leader to guide our Over 2s teaching teams across two beautiful classrooms. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where your voice matters, your ideas are valued, and your passion for ECE is truly seen.

In this role, you will:

- Lead and support the day-to-day mahi in our Over 2s spaces.
- Mentor kaiako to grow their practice, reflect deeply, and shine.
- Champion a rich, responsive curriculum guided by Te Whāriki.
- Strengthen our school readiness programme, supporting confident transitions.
- Collaborate with leadership on continuous improvements in environment, practice, and team culture.

You’ll bring:

- A recognised ECE qualification with Full Teacher Registration.
- Previous leadership experience (Team Leader or leading in-room).
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and love for child-led learning.
- Confidence in curriculum design and reflective practice.
- A warm, empathetic, and positive leadership style.

This is a full-time role, with flexibility where needed for the right person.
