We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our over 2s room. Whether you're an experienced leader or a teacher ready to take the next step in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and well-established team.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and support two over 2s classrooms, fostering collaboration and consistency
• Champion our school readiness programme, preparing tamariki for their next learning journey
• Role model best practice and guide reflective teaching
• Design and evaluate a rich, responsive curriculum aligned with Te Whāriki
• Support internal evaluation and continuous improvement of teaching practices and environments

What you’ll bring:

• A recognised ECE qualification and current Full Teaching Registration
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• A passion for inclusive, child-led learning
• Confidence in curriculum planning and internal evaluation
• A nurturing, proactive approach to mentoring and supporting others
