​We are seeking a treasured Team Leader to lead our room with a mixed age group of over 2's, and become part of our centre whānau! Here, we thrive on whakawhanaungatanga - our community is the heart of our centre. We are a small team with close connections to whanau and our community. We have a strong sense of biculturalism and commitment to te Titiri o Waitangi

Our centre is licensed for a maximum of 61 children, opening hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our teaching team are diverse, friendly and have good banter!

We aim to capture the sound and vibration of each individual tamaiti that whānau entrust us with daily. Our mission is to grow, empower and support tamariki each day.

What we're looking for in you:

• You are ECE Qualified and hold Current (Full) Teaching Registration.
• You can teach children in a positive, nurturing way.
• You are passionate, caring, and committed to quality education.
• You ideally have experience with children with additional needs. 
• You have leadership experience and knowledge of ECE regulations.
• You have a passion for innovation and driving pedagogical change through self-review.
