What We’re Looking For:-

-Qualifications: ECE qualified with a current NZ Full Teaching Registration.

-Teaching Approach: Positive, nurturing, and child focused.

-Leadership Skills: Authentic leadership with the ability to foster genuine relationships with parents and colleagues. Skilled in growing and developing team members' strengths.

-Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and adaptability to make effective decisions.

-ECE Knowledge: Strong understanding of ECE regulations and respectful teaching practices.

-Empathy & Patience: Gentle, supportive approach to guiding tamariki through their developmental milestones.
