What we're looking for in you:

• You are ECE Qualified and hold Current NZ Full Teaching Registration.
• Proven leadership experience would be a bonus!
• You teach children in a positive, nurturing way.
• Gentle, patient, and empathetic approach to guiding learners, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Knowledge of ECE regulations.
• Ability to problem solve and pivot to make decisions that work for the team & children. 
• Ability to form genuine relationships with parents and utilising unique skills and growing / developing new skills within the team. 
• Growing our children through a tricky stage of development with respectful practice understanding the child's perspective with love & care.
