Pascals Herne Bay is looking for an inspiring and passionate Preschool Team Leader to join our dedicated whānau. Nestled in a beautiful historic building with high ceilings, natural light, and a spacious outdoor environment, our centre is a truly unique place where both tamariki and kaiako thrive.

What we’re looking for:

• A certificated ECE teacher with strong knowledge of Te Whāriki
• Proven experience in leadership or the confidence to step into a leadership role
• A collaborative, positive, and inspiring approach to leading kaiako
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for building meaningful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
• A proactive leader who brings fresh ideas, takes initiative, and contributes suggestions that enrich teaching practice and centre culture
• A leader who values fun, creativity, and open-minded teaching
