Lollipops Pukekohe is a warm, community‑centred space where tamariki learn and grow through joyful, play‑based experiences. Our purpose‑built centre offers spacious indoor and outdoor areas, healthy meals, nappies, and a home‑like environment that helps children feel confident and connected. Every day is filled with fun, from cultural celebrations to hands‑on learning, and our two age‑appropriate rooms — catering for children from 3 months to 6 years — support each child’s independence and readiness for school while celebrating the diverse cultures that make our centre such a vibrant place.

Working 15  hours over 3 days (Monday-Friday), you will join a passionate team of educators, making a difference in the lives of tamariki every day!

ECE in Aotearoa is a regulated industry and compliance is paramount - as an Administrator with Evolve you help to keep everything in order and ensure our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams are well supported to do what they do best - ensuring incredible learning outcomes for Tamariki.

We prioritise the well-being of children, whānau, and our teaching staff by offering outstanding facilities, quality educational programs, and a supportive atmosphere.

Typical areas of focus for your day-to-day would include:

  • Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork
  • General admin support to the Centre Manager.
  • Ensuring that every child’s attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded.
  • Entering staff hours into our payroll system.
  • Following processes and maintaining the filing system.
  • Banking/invoicing
