We are seeking a dedicated leader who puts people at the centre of everything they do to step into our Centre Manager role here at Lollipops Bell Block.

In this role you’ll provide effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables all team members to achieve their objectives and goals. You’ll lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices. You will make an impact with occupancy, compliance and engagement across your team.

Working closely with your Area Manager, you will build a culture of positivity and success, strengthening team engagement and retention. Your support will enable your team to work collaboratively, achieving both educational and operational objectives.

Through coaching and mentoring team members, you’ll help them understand career pathways and opportunities at Evolve. Your judgement and leadership will motivate and inspire your people to deliver exceptional early childcare education (ECE) services to tamariki and their whanau.

Our outdoor spaces are large, lush and feature real grass. We have a well-established and stable team of kaiako (some have been with us for 10 years) who provide a safe and nurturing environment across our three rooms: infants to 2 years, 2-3.5 years and 3-5/6 years. We have regular excursions, cultural activities and we’re in the process of setting up some fantastic programs for our tamariki, including a cooking class!

What we're looking for in you:

• You are ECE Qualified and hold Full Teaching Registration.
• You have demonstrated experience in a Centre Manager role and understand what it takes to run a successful ECE Centre,
• You have good business acumen and the ability to manage sustainably and profitably for optimum results.
