As our new Centre Manager, you'll:
Provide hands-on, inclusive leadership that empowers your team.
Build strong relationships with whānau and the wider community.
Focus on growing centre occupancy – and be rewarded for with short term incentives.
Partner with your Area Manager to elevate the Centre to its full potential.

What we're looking for in you:
You are ECE Qualified and hold Full Teaching Registration.
You have demonstrated experience in a Centre Manager role, especially around building occupancy.
You have a people-first approach, with excellent communication and relationship skills.
