We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager who is looking to progress in their ECE Leadership career, managing two Centres: Active Explorers Central Park (licensed for 60) & Lollipops Millennium (licensed for 85). Working closely with your Area Manager, you will build a culture of positivity and success in the Centres, strengthening team engagement and retention. Your support will enable your teams to work collaboratively, achieving educational and operational objectives. Your judgement and leadership will motivate and inspire your people to deliver exceptional early childcare education (ECE) services to tamariki and their whanau.

You will split your time across these two centres, providing effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables all team members to achieve their objectives and goals.

Each Centre is unique - the Whānau and Tamariki have varying needs and requirements, so you'll enjoy the variety and challenge of ensuring your teams have the right support to be happy, successful and engaged in their roles.

• You are ECE Qualified and hold Full Teaching Registration.
• You have demonstrated experience in a Centre Manager role and understand what it takes to run a successful ECE Centre.
• You have good business acumen and the ability to manage sustainably and profitably for optimum results. 
• You take a holistic approach to management – you know that people are at the heart of everything and you’re an exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
