About the Role
Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? We are on the hunt for a superstar to join our team as a Family Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in helping to deliver on business objectives of driving occupancy growth, supporting the successful implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, identifying insights, providing exceptional customer service and liaising with current and new families. grow and retain child enrolments within our Centres through the effective management of parent enquiries and feedback. Critical to the success of this role are excellent communication skills, reliability and a drive to help families find the perfect Centre for their child.
Key areas of focus will include but are not limited to:
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns – Deliverables include marketing strategy support, market analysis, cross-channel campaign execution, and management of timelines, budgets, and reporting.
- Brand Management - Deliverables include brand guideline adherence across communications, collaboration on locally aligned marketing initiatives, and development of materials that reflect Evolve values and value proposition.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics - Deliverables include management of digital platforms, performance analysis across web and social channels, and generation of marketing reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Family Engagement – liaising with new and current families, and monitoring insights via parent feedback surveys, to identify areas of opportunity to provide our families with an exceptional experience.
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification - Deliverables include market research to uncover growth opportunities, and ongoing evaluation of marketing trends within the ECE sector.
- Enquiry Management – actioning new enrolment enquiries and maintaining a regular cadence of follow-up with prospective families, to help secure new enrolments.
About you
- You have demonstrated experience in a customer service role (phone-based, inbound and outbound)
- You're a naturally warm and articulate communicator who can build rapport quickly over the telephone.
- You hold strong computer skills and are confident using the Microsoft Office suite.
- You're organised, methodical and have excellent attention to detail.
- You demonstrate solid decision-making skills and can communicate insights.
- Whilst experience in ECE/ Early Childhood Education is nice to have, it's not essential as full training and support will be given.
- Hold a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- A Postgraduate or professional marketing qualification is desirable
