About The Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a new Head of Human Resources to join our team, based at our offices in the Auckland CBD, and supporting a large nationwide group of ECE centres throughout Aotearoa.

In this role, you will:

• Make a significant impact in the education sector for young tamariki.
• Drive culture and engagement initiatives, and champion best practice within ECE.
• Be an equal measure of a pragmatic self-starter and a collaborative team player, capable of delivering business outcomes through others.
• Overcome challenges with a “how can we” attitude.
• Manage ambiguity, change, and competing priorities with resilience.
• Lead from the front - roll up your sleeves and turn business and people plans into reality.

About You

• You have demonstrated HR leadership experience, preferably from a mid-sized organisation, with experience at the Senior Leadership table.
• You'll be a person your team and colleagues will want to follow - demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills, energy and passion for what you do.
• You are adaptable and can balance strategic, operational, and continuous improvement priorities.
• You can align people priorities with business objectives seamlessly.
• You value professionalism, authenticity, and creating an environment where people are challenged and supported to deliver at their best.
