Every cuddle, first step, and curious discovery is a milestone worth celebrating. At Active Explorers Melville, we're looking for a passionate, certificated Kaiako to join our warm and supportive under 2s team and help create meaningful learning experiences during the most important years of a child's development.

Whether you're a new graduate or provisionally registered teacher looking for a leadership team that will mentor and support you, or an experienced Kaiako ready to grow your kete of knowledge, we'd love to welcome you to our whānau. This is a 30-hour per week position in our under 2s room.

What we're looking for in you:

• You are ECE qualified and hold current or provisional NZ Teaching Registration.
• Passionate about providing responsive, nurturing care and high-quality early childhood education for infants and toddlers.
• Committed to building strong, trusting relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your teaching team.
• A calm, patient, and positive teaching style that supports each child's individual development and wellbeing.
