Join the wonderful Fantail Infant & Toddler Team at Active Explorers Lower Hutt, where every child is supported to feel safe, secure, and confident as they explore the world around them.

In our calm, purposefully designed infant and toddler environment, you'll help create rich sensory experiences, support gentle daily routines, and build meaningful relationships that lay the foundation for lifelong learning.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) working alongside our infants and toddlers, supporting their growth, curiosity, and development through responsive caregiving and engaging learning experiences.

• Has experience working in an early childhood setting, ideally with infants and toddlers
• Brings warmth, patience, and genuine care to every interaction
• Has a passion for supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of our youngest tamariki
• Builds positive and respectful relationships with whānau, colleagues, and the wider community
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
• Is motivated, reflective, and committed to providing high-quality care and education
