Lollipops Blighs Road is a well-established, purpose-built early childhood centre that has been serving the local community for 16 years. Our centre is well-resourced and designed to inspire children's curiosity and creativity. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive. At Lollipops Blighs Road, our programme is influenced by Te Whariki and the Reggio Emilia approach to learning.

What we're looking for in you:
- You are ECE Qualified and hold Current NZ Provisional or Full Teaching Registration.
- You teach children in a positive, nurturing way.
- Gentle, patient, and empathetic approach to guiding learners, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Knowledge of Reggio Emilia approach can be a bonus!
- Ability to problem solve and pivot to make decisions that work for the team & children.
- Ability to form genuine relationships with parents and utilising unique skills and growing / developing new skills within the team.
- Growing our children through a tricky stage of development with respectful practice understanding the child's perspective with love & care.
