You’ll be supported every step of the way by our Centre Manager, who is passionate about mentoring and championing the growth of her team. Together with your new colleagues, you'll be part of a collaborative environment where everyone is valued – and where the strength of our relationships shines through in everything we do.

At Glenfield Rimu, relationships are at the heart of our philosophy. When a family joins us, we embrace them as part of our wider whānau. Our offer to you:

  • A thoughtfully resourced centre that empowers your creativity and supports meaningful learning experiences.
  • Encouragement and guidance from a supportive Centre Manager who’s committed to your professional growth and success.
  • The opportunity to be part of the wider Evolve whānau – a nationwide network of passionate ECE professionals.
  • A special half-day of birthday leave – because you deserve to celebrate you!
  • Generous non-contact time to plan, document, and reflect – giving you the space to do your best work with tamariki at the heart of what you do.

What we're looking for in you:

  • You hold an ECE qualification and a current Full or Provisional Teaching Registration.
  • You bring a strong understanding of ECE regulations and Te Whāriki and know how to bring them to life in your teaching.
  • You have hands-on teaching experience and a genuine passion for learning and growing as a professional.
  • You’re warm, reliable, and bring positive energy to the team - you love being part of a supportive, collaborative environment.

Join a team that supports you to thrive – so you can focus on what matters most: nurturing, inspiring, and growing our tamariki. Apply today to find out more!
