Our beautiful centre features five spacious learning areas, a deck that wraps around the Centre like a hug, dedicated non-contact teacher space, and ample storage. We also have a Curriculum Coach in-centre for at least 10 hours per week, offering hands-on mentoring and support with curriculum planning, assessment, and planning for diverse learning needs.

 

About the Role
You’ll lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices. In this role, you will:

  • Provide hands-on leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Support and mentor your team, encouraging professional growth and building capability for our engaged and passionate team.
  • Ensure excellence in occupancy, compliance, and team engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with whānau and the wider community.
  • Work closely with our Area Manager and Curriculum Coach to drive success.
