Who You Are:
You’re an ECE-qualified professional with full teaching registration and experience managing an ECE Centre in Aotearoa.
You might be ready to take the next step from managing a smaller ECE Centre, or you’re just excited to enjoy a fresh, modern, and well-equipped environment.
You have demonstrated the ability to build and maintain occupancy, building strong whānau and community relationships.
You have deep knowledge of Te Whāriki, ECE regulations, and good computer skills (ideally experience with Infocare or Discover)
You bring business acumen, strong leadership, and a passion for fostering a positive, high-performing, inclusive team culture.
