Our warm and welcoming centre is a place where curiosity, creativity, and connection come to life every day! With three vibrant learning spaces, a huge shared outdoor playground, and a team that feels more like whānau, our centre is buzzing with fun, laughter, and meaningful learning moments for Tamariki.
Guided by a free-play philosophy, we believe strong relationships are at the centre of everything we do. Our learning priorities — respect, relationships, communication, and independence — shape the way we support Tamariki to grow with confidence, kindness, and a sense of belonging. Whether it’s exploring our gardening programme, getting hands-on with science experiments, or heading out on adventures in the local community, no two days are ever the same!
We’re looking for a Non-Certificated Kaiako, 20 hours per week, who brings positive energy, initiative, and a willingness to jump in and be part of the team. Our long-standing, supportive team are passionate about creating a nurturing environment where both Kaiako and Tamariki can thrive. What we’re looking for in you:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Initiative, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team and building strong relationships
- Flexibility to work opening or closing shifts when needed
- Previous ECE experience is preferred but not essential
