Our centre is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is quiet but still close to all the local amenities, including the Kapiti expressway and Transmission gully.

We have an exciting opportunity for a teacher to join the team in our 2-5 rooms.
We would love to have someone who brings with them a passion for young children’s learning through the ability to plan exciting and engaging activities to develop children’s social competence. Bring your fresh ideas to complement our extensive knowledge base.

What we're looking for in you:
- You are passionate, caring, and committed to Early Childhood education, and the best learning outcomes for Tamariki.
- A calm, patient and warm teaching style, with a strong understanding of how to support children's social and emotional competence— or a genuine willingness to continue developing in this area.
- An understanding of (or strong interest in) intentional teaching practice and reflective pedagogy.
- Relevant NZ ECE teaching experience is a must for this role.
- Flexible to work between centre opening (6:45am) and closing hours (6:00pm).
- Fun-loving and committed to your own professional practice.
- Nurturing and the desire to strive to provide quality outcomes for our Tamariki.
- This role is well suited to current teacher in training applicants.
