Nurture, Inspire, and Grow at Lollipops Albany!
At Lollipops Albany, we believe the first years of a child's life are some of the most important. Our warm and welcoming centre is a place where pēpi and tamariki feel safe, loved, and supported as they begin their learning journey. Through strong relationships, responsive care, and meaningful play experiences, we create an environment where every child can flourish at their own pace.
Our centre is home to a caring and collaborative team of Kaiako who genuinely enjoy working together. Whanaungatanga is at the heart of everything we do, and our supportive culture means you'll always have a team around you to share ideas, celebrate successes, and support one another. We value the unique strengths each Kaiako brings and work together to create positive outcomes for our tamariki and their whānau.
In our spacious Room, you'll have the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with our youngest learners during a truly special stage of their development. From first smiles and first steps to exciting moments of discovery, you'll play an important role in nurturing each child's confidence, curiosity, and sense of belonging. Every day brings new opportunities to support pēpi as they explore, grow, and thrive.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our Infants' room. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established leader, or a highly experienced Certificated Kaiako who is ready to take the next exciting step in their career. You'll be supported by a strong leadership team and a group of dedicated teachers who are committed to creating the very best outcomes for Tamariki.
Our offer to you:
- A supportive and welcoming team who work closely together
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- Well-resourced learning environments where your ideas are valued
- Ongoing mentoring and support from experienced leaders
- Connection to the wider Evolve Education Group network
- A half-day of birthday leave because every celebration matters

- ECE qualified with current Full or Provisional Teaching Registration
- A passion for working with infants and supporting their early development
- A nurturing, responsive, and relationship-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with whānau
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team culture
- A genuine love for creating calm, engaging learning environments for our youngest Tamariki
