We're looking for a passionate certificated Early Childhood Teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a team committed to making a difference every day.

Purpose-built and thoughtfully designed, our centre offers spacious indoor learning environments and expansive natural outdoor spaces that encourage exploration, discovery, and growth. From sensory-rich experiences for our youngest learners to engaging learning opportunities for our older tamariki, every space has been created to support children's development and wellbeing.

Our experienced and collaborative teaching team provides a rich programme of learning experiences, including nature-based exploration, water play, and hands-on discovery. The centre is divided into three age-focused learning environments, Koru, Kōwhai, and Pōhutukawa, ensuring children receive the support and opportunities appropriate to each stage of their learning journey.

As Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to guide and inspire teaching practice across our vibrant Kōwhai and Pōhutukawa rooms, supporting teachers to deliver meaningful learning experiences that help tamariki thrive.

Our Pōhutukawa room is a dynamic environment where older tamariki build confidence through imaginative play, collaboration, and problem-solving. From active outdoor adventures that support physical development to calm spaces for literacy, storytelling, and reflection, you'll lead a team committed to preparing children for their next stage of learning through responsive, child-led teaching practices.

What we're looking for in you:

• ECE qualified with a current Full Teaching Registration
• A nurturing, responsive, and relationship-focused approach
