Pascals St Johns is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join our team.
Pascals St Johns is a well-established, purpose-built early childhood centre that has been serving the local community for years. The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our amazing team. We are expecting you to have a great understanding of Reggio approach and be able to guide children's development through hands-on activities and individualized learning. The role is a permanent position with 40 working hours per week.

What We're Looking For:
-NZ full Registered Teacher
-Ideally at least 3-5 years of teaching experience in ECE.
-Leadership skills ideally.
-Experienced with Reggio Emilia approach.
-Great understanding of Te Whāriki: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Te Whāriki, the early childhood curriculum framework for Aotearoa New Zealand.
-Strong understanding of assessment and planning as a team leader.
-Passion for guiding children through their learning journey up to primary school.
-Ability to engage with the team and parents.
