About the Role

We’re searching for a dynamic Team Leader to guide our Infant and Toddler space. You’ll lead a high-performing team of six Kaiako across two beautiful learning environments, fostering a culture where both tamariki and teachers are encouraged to grow, explore, and shine.

This role is perfect for someone who communicates with clarity and warmth, empowers others, and leads through collaboration, reflection, and genuine connection.
