Are you a Centre Manager looking for a new challenge, or do you have experience managing multiple centres?

We are seeking a dedicated leader who puts people at the centre of everything they do. As a Complex Manager with Evolve, you will manage both Active Explorers Central Park and Lollipops Millennium – which are within walking distance of each other and conveniently located close to public transport.

In this role, you will provide effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables all team members to achieve their objectives and goals.

You will be crucial in ensuring the success of our centres, leading with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices. You will make an impact with occupancy, compliance and engagement across your teams.

You’ll role model behaviour, ensuring that Evolve's values are upheld daily. Working closely with your Area Manager, you will build a culture of positivity and success across the centres, strengthening team engagement and retention. Your support will enable teams to work collaboratively, achieving both educational and operational objectives.

Through coaching and mentoring team members, you’ll help them understand career pathways and opportunities at Evolve. Your judgement and leadership will motivate and inspire your people to deliver exceptional early childcare education (ECE) services to tamariki and their whanau.
