Right in the heart of Glenfield, our centre is a vibrant little community filled with laughter, learning, and lots of aroha! With two centres side by side and a big presence in the local community, we’re proud to be a place where Tamariki, whānau, and Kaiako feel genuinely connected, supported, and right at home from the moment they walk through our doors.
Our under 2s space is a warm, nurturing haven where cuddles, connection, and meaningful relationships are at the heart of every day. We know how important those early years are — especially for first-time parents — so we go above and beyond to create a calm, welcoming space where both babies and whānau feel safe, supported, and truly cared for.
Our centre is full of energy, colour, and culture, with a wonderfully diverse community of families and Kaiako. We absolutely love celebrating different cultures, languages, and experiences within our learning spaces. Whanaungatanga is a huge part of who we are, and our relationships with families are something we are incredibly proud of.
Step into our centre and you’ll find spacious learning environments, a big outdoor playground ready for daily adventures, and even a magical indoor treehouse space where stories, songs, and mat times come to life! Our days are busy, fun, and filled with opportunities for Tamariki to explore, discover, and grow alongside caring Kaiako who truly love what they do.
Our team is supportive, gentle, hardworking, and collaborative, and we’re looking for an experienced Kaiako who can confidently jump into our busy under 2s room and become part of the whānau. We’re after someone who brings warmth, initiative, strong communication, and a nurturing heart — someone who loves building relationships just as much as they love teaching.
Our offer to you:
- 40 hours per week
- A fun, supportive team that truly feels like whānau
- A centre full of laughter, learning adventures, and meaningful connections
- Beautiful learning spaces and plenty of resources to bring your creativity to life
- Ongoing learning, development, and career growth opportunities
- A respectful leadership team who values your ideas and supports your growth
- A half-day of birthday leave because celebrations are important too!
What we’re looking for in you:
- You’re an experienced ECE teacher with provisional or full NZ Teaching Council Registration
- Strong experience working with infants and toddlers
- A nurturing, calm, and confident presence in a busy environment
- Great communication skills and a passion for building relationships with whānau
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas to the team
- A genuine love for creating magical learning moments for Tamariki every day
If you’re an experienced Kaiako ready to join a centre where relationships come first, teamwork matters, and every day is filled with fun, connection, and learning adventures — we’d love to hear from you!
